From the FlowGate app, a parent taps "Generate Pickup Code" — a secure 6-digit code appears that expires in 15 minutes.
Staff Verifies Identity
The authorized adult shows the code to staff at the door. Staff enter it in their dashboard — it either matches or it doesn't.
Child Released & Parent Notified
Once verified, the child is checked out. The parent instantly receives a notification with the time and staff member's name.
